1. KVKK Privacy Notice

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), which requires a data controller to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data.

1.1. Data controller

Vexa Labeling is a computer-vision data platform developed by Sentiq. Sentiq is the data controller for the purposes of the KVKK.

  • Address: Bozok Teknopark, Yozgat, Türkiye
  • Email: info@sentiqly.com
  • Web: www.sentiqly.com

1.2. Personal data processed

Simply browsing this website does not cause us to collect personal data. We process personal data only if you submit the contact form or email us, and only to the extent you provide it:

  • Identity: first and last name
  • Contact: work email address and, if you choose to share it, phone number
  • Professional: company or organisation name
  • Request: the topic you select and the content you write in the message field

Your language preference is stored on your own device in browser localStorage and is never transmitted to us. The site performs no profiling, behavioural advertising or analytics collection.

1.3. Purposes of processing

  • Receiving, assessing and responding to your request
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings and product presentations
  • Business development, commercial communication and investor relations
  • Keeping records of requests and complaints
  • Meeting legal obligations and establishing evidence in potential disputes

1.4. Legal grounds

  • KVKK Art. 5/2-c: directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
  • KVKK Art. 5/2-ç: necessary for compliance with a legal obligation
  • KVKK Art. 5/2-e: necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
  • KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interests of the controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms

1.5. Method of collection

Personal data is collected electronically, through the website contact form and by email, by means that are not wholly automated.

1.6. Transfers

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers may occur only in the following cases and strictly for the stated purpose:

  • Email, hosting and form-delivery providers acting as data processors under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Public authorities and judicial bodies where a lawful request is made

Where a provider’s servers are located abroad, any cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

1.7. Retention

Data relating to your request is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of the correspondence, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. On expiry, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

1.8. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • To request information if it has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
  • To request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • To request erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7
  • To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
  • To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
  • To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing

1.9. How to exercise your rights

Send your request, together with information verifying your identity, to info@sentiqly.com, or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where responding involves additional cost, a fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

2. Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This policy explains our data practices for visitors to vexalabeling.org. The GDPR applies to visitors in the European Union; the KVKK applies to visitors in Türkiye.

2.1. What we collect

This is a static marketing site. We create no user accounts, run no behavioural tracking and use no advertising networks. We receive only what you type into the contact form when you submit it.

2.2. Why we process it

To answer your request, arrange a meeting with you, and conduct commercial communication. Under the GDPR our legal bases are steps taken prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), our legitimate interest being to respond to business enquiries addressed to us.

2.3. Third-party services

  • Google Fonts: the site’s typefaces load from Google’s servers, which means your browser’s IP address and technical request data are transmitted to Google. This transfer is necessary to render the page and serves no profiling purpose on our side.
  • Hosting and email providers: providers that serve the site and deliver your request to us act as data processors.

2.4. Retention

Correspondence about your request is kept for at most 2 years after the exchange ends. If a commercial or legal relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply instead.

2.5. Security

Access is limited to people who need it for their role, and data in transit is protected with HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk.

2.6. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@sentiqly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, with the supervisory authority in your country.

2.7. Children

This site addresses business contacts and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

2.8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated accordingly.

3. Cookie Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

3.1. Does this site use cookies?

This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics or comparable measurement tool, no social media pixel and no ad network code.

3.2. The only data stored on your device

Your interface language is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key product-lang. It is not a cookie, is never sent to our servers, and exists only so the site opens in the same language on your next visit. As strictly necessary storage, it does not require separate consent.

3.3. Third-party requests

Because typefaces load from Google Fonts, opening the page causes your browser to send a request to Google’s servers, in the course of which Google may process your IP address. That request does not set a cookie.

3.4. Your control

Clearing site data in your browser settings removes the stored language preference. The site will then fall back to your browser’s language setting.

4. Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 August 2026

4.1. Scope

By using this website you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

4.2. Informational only — not an offer

The content of this site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, a solicitation to buy or sell, an invitation to invest, an offering of securities, or investment, legal or tax advice, and must not be read as such. Binding commitments arise only from a written agreement signed by the parties.

4.3. Forward-looking statements

The site may contain forward-looking statements about the roadmap, planned features, intended market position and growth expectations. Such statements rest on assumptions made at the time of writing, are subject to known and unknown risks, and are not promises of outcomes. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update them except where required by law.

4.4. Performance and metrics

Figures shown on this site — for example the number of images processed — are rounded, approximate values drawn from our own internal records and have not been independently audited. Product performance varies with the dataset, hardware and use case, and no particular result is guaranteed.

4.5. Third-party marks and comparisons

Third-party product and company names referenced on this site (for example Roboflow, Labelbox, Scale AI, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named for identification only, and no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied. The comparison table is a general assessment based on each provider’s publicly stated positioning, accurate as at the date of publication; those providers’ products and contract terms may change over time. If you believe a statement is inaccurate, write to info@sentiqly.com and we will review and correct it where warranted.

4.6. Intellectual property

The design, text, imagery, logos and software on this site belong to Sentiq or its licensors. Other than short quotations with attribution, they may not be reproduced, distributed or used in derivative works without prior written permission.

4.7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care over the accuracy, currency and availability of the content, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from access to or use of the site.

4.8. External links

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

4.9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Yozgat have jurisdiction over any dispute.

4.10. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is published on this page.

4.11. Contact
